+# Installing Homelab Agents on a New VM
+
+Run this single command:
+
+```bash
+source <(curl -s http://100.120.125.113:3000/pdm/homelab-agents/raw/branch/main/scripts/bootstrap-agents.sh)
+```
+
+That's it. The script will:
+- Download the agents to `~/.homelab-agents`
+- Install helper scripts to `~/.homelab-scripts`
+- Add the scripts to your PATH
+
+Once done, you can use `init-project <name>` to set up a new project.
