Update: Use 'source' instead of 'bash' for bootstrap

Browse Source 
- Changed: bash <(...) → source <(...)
- Benefits: PATH updates immediately, no shell restart needed
- init-project available right after bootstrap completes
- Cleaner workflow for VPS setup
