root bd3cda3f1d Update: Bootstrap script now installs init-project helper ...

- Automatically installs init-project script to ~/.homelab-scripts
- Adds scripts directory to PATH
- Lists available commands after bootstrap
- Enables easy project initialization without manual git setup
